If you can the correct data on preview screen, that mean the data was sent to printer correctly. Your printer may get some issue.
Power off both machine and printer, unplug, wait one minute, plug and try it again.
I hope it can solve this issue.

Hi, I have used your software for a number of years, and all of a sudden I cannot print blank checks even though I see my correct information on the check preview. How can I print? I am using personal checks 3 to a page.
Very frustrated. Mavis
