I attempted to write a check earlier and when it got to the print portion the program just quit responding. I have had Windows 8 the entire year that I've had this program. I'm not sure how to find out from Windows what my problem is, but I ran the compatibility Test and that was my option. I would appreciate any advice as to my solution. I checked with my ezCheckPrinting and it did respond after I reset the printer to print, rather than Fax, but the exCheck Personal still won't respond I recently purchased a new printer, HP OfficeJet 3830 and am wondering whether the wireless printing is causing a problem with the programs. If so, what is my fix? Thank you for your time and assistance.
