I am using Quickbooks Desktop for a multiple companies and i want to start using ezCheck printing to print the payroll checks and the Suppliers checks.
I have some questions for you before i buy the software:-
1- I am living in canada, are you able to provide me with your services here or it is only for USA?
2- Do i need to print my checks using a specific ink or i can use any laser printer i have with the regular ink?
3- Is there any phone number i can reach you in case of any technical support or to speak with your sales department whenever i need?

If you are using Canada Version QuickBooks, the virtual printer may not able to retrieve check data. However, you are welcome to download ezCheckPrinting and virtual printer to test drive for free.

If the virtual printer cannot work for you because of check format issue, you can use the ezCheckPrinting blank check printing feature to print pre-printed Canada checks to fill in by QB.

3. Ink

we suggest MICR (Magnetic Ink Character Recognition) printers and laser printer. MICR toner and MICR ink will print checks with the best quality. Many of our customers prefer to use laser printers because of the cost.

We do not suggest the normal ink-jet printer for blank stock check printing because some ATMs and grocery stores may not be able to scan the checks if they are still using the old scanners.
