When using blank check stock, will invoice information print on the checkstubs like it does when printing directly from Quickbooks? Because we pay multiple invoices with one check, the voucher needs to have that information on it.

The first batch of checks I printed did not have the detail information on the stubs. I cannot figure out how to get it to print.

Thanks,

Beth

Thank you for contacting us. When you print QuickBooks checks with ezCheckPrinting virtual printer on blank stock, the stub information is from QuickBooks. If QuickBooks can send the invoice on stub to virtual printer, our software can print. You can do a quick test.

1. Print a QB check (Voucher format) with a real physical printer on white paper. Can you see the invoice number on stub?

- If yes, you can print this check with virtual printer.

- Otherwise, please refer to QB manual or contact intuit company about how to print invoice on stubs.
