Good morning! We are thinking about purchasing the EZAccounting software for our business. We have downloaded the trial version to see if this is what we want to purchase. One question we have is: With payroll-we do quite a few after the fact payroll entries so that we can do quarterly 941's for our clients and some of them like to round the federal withholding but when we have done the trial version of employee payroll the federal withholding is greyed out and we are not able to change that amount... Is that something we will not be able to change? Thank you for your help!

Note: IRS just released 2017 941 form. A new edition of ezAccouting with updated 941 form will be available tomorrow. Please download it.

How to Print W2, W3, 940, 941 Tax Form Manually without Entering Paychecks

2. How to handle after the fact payroll

By the way, we will release a new version in April. We think this new feature to make it even easier to record the after the fact check. Customers can also enter the taxes manually when they add a new check with the future version.
