I am looking for payroll software that will handle payroll for approximately 1400 staff members. Located at 5 different locations, with one person at central location processing payroll.

Can you please either call me or email me with the following answers:

The cost of 4-5 $299? Is that $299 per person or is that up to 5 people the cost is $299.

Do I need to purchase any other modules other than ezPaycheck Payroll for payroll deductions reporting and W2 processing?

Can we print check stubs remotely and do direct deposit?

Is direct Deposit an option? If so is that an additional cost?

Thank you for contacting us. For your company, if you just have one person to process the payroll from one computer, the cost of ezPaycheck payroll software will be $99 per calendar year. You can use ezW2 and ezACH software with ezPaycheck to file tax returns and deposit paychecks.

1. ezPaycheck payroll software can support multiple company accounts on the same computer with no extra charge.
You can add one account for each location. We suggest up to 500 active employees in one account.

2. ezPaycheck calculates state taxes based on employee location. It comes with 50 state tax tables.

3. ezPaycheck can print paychecks on blank stock with MICR toner printer and laser printer.

4. We offer the feel DEMO version that you can try before purchasing it.

5. You can use our ezW2 software with ezPaycheck to file W2 and 1099-misc returns. ezW2 can support thousands of tax forms with one flat rate. The paper form version is #39, the efile version is $79. ezW2 can retrieve all data from ezPaycheck with a few clicks.

6. We also offer ezACH software that generate NACHA ACH file that you can upload to your bank to process payment deposit. The one time software cost is $199, no annual fee, no monthly fee. (However, your bank may charge monthly fee or per transaction fee.)

Possible issue:
1. ezPaycheck is designed for small business with less than 500 employees. ezPaycheck supports daily, weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly and monthly pay period. ezPaycheck cannot support yearly and quarterly pay periods some big company requires.
