1 I believe you should continue to use 1099-misc form. The new 1099-nec form is designed for Nonemployee Compensation. You can contact your local IRS office to confirm it.


2. Please use ez1099 software to file 1099-misc forms. If you have already purchased ezW2 2020, please contact us to switch the order.

I have purchased 1099-misc each year from you for rent reporting? Is this
the same for the new document 1099-nec? I don't see you have 1099-misc
anymore?
