I use your ezCheckPrinting software for printing check. I also print out check sent to my via SecureCheck. The SecureChek checks are all printed in bold and everything is very easy to read. However, with the ezCheckPrinting software, the check is a mixture of bold and very light printing which is sometimes difficult to read. For example, Our company name, the No. for the check number, the Pay to the Order of, DATE, the dollar sign, the word Dollars, Memo: and the routing number and account number at the bottom are all bold and easy to read. The actual check number at the top, our company address, the name of the payee, the check amount both in digital and written out, the content of the memo line, and my signature are faint. I was looking for some sort of control in the software that could bold some of this. I had originally thought I might be low on toner, but when I print out the check from SecureChek and exCheckPrinting, it is apparent that the issue is within the software and not the toner.
