I need a payroll software that will enable me to do payroll for two different states, but for only 1 employee. Part of the year in AZ other part of the year in ND. If I purchase the ezPaycheck Payroll Software for $89, will I have access to both those states. And what about the quarterly and annual forms that are due for both states, does the software complete the forms for me. I am currently using Intuit online through my bank and am paying over $50 a month to have access to both states. I need to find another option for preparing my payroll. thx

Thank you for contacting us. I think ezPaycheck can work for you. ezPaycheck calculates the state tax based on employee address. You can change the employee state when he changed working location to use the correct tax table. (You can hide this address if you do not want to print it on paycheck .)
