After a payroll run, what type of reports are available? Will it print a Certified Payroll Report, Job Cost, Check Register, Deduction Report, etc? And is it capable of producing an Invoice for Client charges?

ezPaycheck payroll software can print tax forms 940, 941, W2 and W3. It also prints multiple employer and employee detailed and summary reports. You can get report about payments, taxes, and deductions. Since ezPaycheck does not connect to your bank account, it will not print check register report.
