Hello - 

I have your ez check printing software but it will not launch on windows 10

It says it needs .net framework 3.5 and attempts to download and install it, however at the end it says file not found.

I have tried to install directly from Microsoft's site also. - same error

it will not let you just skip it.

The software previously worked fine.  Windows did do some updates since then.

I also tried going to programs and features and enabling .net 3.5 there. same missing files issue.


Any ideas?

Dear LeDavid,

Sometime Windows auto updates messes up Windows settings. Please check this guide to see if your .net framework is disabled by mistake.
