I have a batch of 8 checks to print. When I select the checks and hit print the program shuts down. I was able to print a single check then that stopped working as well. HELP checks need printed! What I've done - I printed a page of blank checks successfully I deleted the checks and re-imported them I rebooted my system I restored an older version of the DB and tried printing older checks - this worked I re-imported the new batch and the system crashed upon printing It appears there is something about the imported checks that is causing the system to crash yet they import just fine.
I rely on the import feature! Please help.

There are might be some special characters that your computer cannot support or bad data in your data file. 1. Please test the import function with our sample data file How to import check data http://www.halfpricesoft...ckPrinting-software.aspxSample data file - you can download the sample data file here. Then unzip them, extract and save them to your local folder. http://www.halfpricesoft...kPrnting_sample_data.zip2. If it works, you can add one line of your data. 3. If it works, you can add more data If you still need assistance, please contact us directly from our support page. We may need to view your data file. Thank you. Casey |
