The W2C reports do not print the State and Zip code for employees. It shows in the edit screen but fails to print on the form

There may be bad data (hidden characters) in your data file. We see such issue with the files from other clients before.

1. ezW2Correction allows clients to add the W2C forms manually.

You can follow step 2 and step 3 in this guide to add and print form quickly.

Please let us know if you can duplicate this error when you add the data manually.

2. I also attached the test files. Can you import the data from that file and print zip and state on form?

If you can print form with state and zip with our file, you need to double check your data file.

3. Can you send us a file of one line of your data? You can change the SSN. We will import data and print form here.
