I am trying to get a employee I deleted by accident back. I tried to use my Thumbdrive backup but this came up...The specified path, file name, or both are too long. The fully qualified file name must be less than 260 characters, and the directory name must be less than 248 characters.

You can copy the database file from your Thumbdrive driver to your C driver, and rename the file name to "Payroll data.mdb" or other short name. Then follow the guide to restore data again.
