Trying to figure out how to set up an employee with the following:

over 2% owner in S Corp
Employee pays cost of health insurance

Need to know how to set up so the taxes are applied to the person then the cost deducted.

In the case of an S-corp 2% shareholder, health insurance premiums are not a deduction. The premiums paid for the shareholder are subject to income tax withholdings but NOT subject to social security and medicare. How can this be set up in the software?
