Still working with a complimentary version of your software. I need to make deductions based on the hourly rate of the employee, not a percentage. How do I set that up?

ezPaycheck cannot calculate the tax by hours right now. Here is a possible solution. Please view this guide https://www.halfpricesof...oll_deduction.asp#amount1. In step 2.1 You can add a fixed amount deduction. 2. In step 2.2 You can enter the default amount. (for example: If this employee works 80 hours per pay period, you can enter the tax for 80 hours there.) 3. In step 2.3, you can edit the amount if there is a change in hours when you create a new paycheck. Please try it and let us know if you still have any questions. |
