Hi there!
I was looking online for a possible change to our current software for our client's quarterly payroll reporting needs. We have around 12 or so clients that use us for their payroll reporting needs, mostly small business owners.
The software we have been using is a little pricey so we were looking around for options!

We basically need the quarterly forms for federal and state filing. We have clients in Ga, Florida, Virginia and North Carolina. (The majority are in Georgia.)
We also need the annual reporting forms such as W-2s, 1099s, etc.

Could you tell me what price that would be for your firm? I also need at least two users, so putting it on our server would be the preference.

It looks like you will need both ezPaycheck and another software. Which 1099 form do you need? 1099 MISC, 1099 NEC or others? Once we hear back we can send the information for the other software application.
