We are having issues with the fire.irs.gov e-filing site. We can't log on and their website mentions that existing users will need to use their new platform. Are any of your other customers having the same issue? We tried calling IRS, but can't get through due to heavy call volumes.

Please let us know what IRS website to use to e-file the 1099-MISC, -NEC and -INT that is compatible with the software that we purchased.
