I've used the software for years. When entering employee info I have the option of taking out extra federal imcome tax. I've done, but when printing checks, the amount entered is not deducted from the checks. It shows up in the export file when I send to my accountant, but was never deducted from the employee checks...........employees are mad at me.

The federal tax includes the extra federal withhold.

If you like to do a quick test, you can increase the extra federal tax withhold to view the difference.
