Hi, we would like to download the EZ software to print the employees W-2 on the COPY A W2 form that has two W-2’s per page. I was wondering if this will affect our 2022 paid version of EZ Payroll which is already installed on our system for 2022. We would like to purchase the EZW2 version to have the capability of printing multiple W2’s at a time, however we don’t want the download to affect the current EZPAYCHECK software and files that were created during the 2022 year. I have attached a sample W2 form for your review, as stated the EZPAYCHECK software will only allow us to print one W2 at a time. We would like to be able to print more than one. Can we simply download the EZW2 software and install it or do we need to do something to protect our current EZPAYCHECK files? Any help you can provide is greatly appreciated. ezW2 will be installed in a different folder. ezW2 will not change ezPaycheck data.

- ezW2 can print ALL W2 and W3 on white paper, SSA approved.
- If you prefer the red forms, ezW2 can fill two red forms on the same sheets also.
