I have been using your ezCheckPrinting software for about a year now and it has been great. I recently updated my Quickbooks and it get " Index was outside the bounds of the array" I checked online and it mentions I need Adobe Reader, which I have. I even printed the check to PDF and tried to print using the EZ Print Driver and I got the same message.

I only get this message when I try to print from my new version of Quickbooks and no errors when printing from my old Quickbooks.

Thank you for using ezCheckPrinting QuickBooks version . Please check the following steps:

1. Please print check data only on white paper from QB from the real printer (not through virtual printer)

- print one copy from your new QB version

- print one copy from the old QB version

Just compare the two checks. Is there any change in the check printing position? If yes, you may need to adjust check printing position inside QB.

2. After you installed Adobe PDF reader, please make sure it is the default one. You can try both IE and Chrome to see if anyone can work for you.

3. When you print checks from QB, please select one check per sheet format. If you need to print 3-check-per-sheet, you should specify this feature with ezCheckPrinting application.

Please try above steps. If you still see this issue, please feel free to contact us again. We are glad to assist you.

Thanks,

Casey
