I am testing ezpaycheck trial version now and like it. I want to know the cost to use your payroll software? Do I need to pay you each year? Any other fees?

I have two companies in the same city. How many copies of licenses I need to purchase? and the price?

Dear Tom,

Thank you for your interest in our software! EzPaycheck payroll software is 89.00 per calendar year. This cost includes updated tax tables from the IRS as well as any updates for the software within that purchased year. There is no check verification costs as it is a stand alone software. There are no other costs other than check paper. You can use both pre printed checks or blank check stock for a less expensive solution.

If you have more than one person printing checks, we would recommend our network version for two offices. This cost is 149.00 per year and allows checks to be automatically updated between the offices.
