Our personal check paper is standard and the sheet is letter size (8 1/2 * 11). I just checked it here and I did not see any problem here. Would you please find the regular printer paper and compare them again?

Would you please double check it. If we mailed you the wrong size paper, please let us know by email us at services@halfpricesoft.com. I will send you the instructions for return.

Thanks,
Casey

I have figured out how to use the paper.. you have to reset the paper size..

see below: (you set the 8 x 11 to… 7.49” x 11
than it works.. you are correct. .. your paper is exactly 8 1.2 “ x 11 “.. but.. US store bought paper is 8 9/16” x 11.. i don't know why.. but it is..

so.. i think the paper problem is solved.. and i am surprised you have not had this problem in the past..

Thank you for your feedback. We are glad to know you can print checks now.

I have forwarded your message to my teammates. So we can help other customers easily if we see the same issue again. We cannot understand why the printer paper is with different size either.

We appreciate your support. Thank you so much.

Thanks,

Casey
