We are using ezpaycheck payroll software now and like it. very easy to use. We have 6 full time employees. However one employee will start to work as part time contractor next month. How can I generate the paychecks for her once she switch from salaried employee to contractor? She will be paid by hourly rate in the future.

You can add a second account by duplicating the first account.
1. Delete other employees from the second account
2. Change this employee's tax option to her paychecks as a contractor.

How to handle employees and contractors

At the end of this year, you need to print W2 form for this employee from the first account. You also need to print 1099-misc form for this employee based on the information from the second account.
