I'm looking to purchase some check writing software. I would like a network install to support 6 users. I see that as an option. I also need to print the checks not on check stock. I see that as an option, but I'm not sure if I need to buy the formats. I have a variety of machines that scans and reads checks either MICR or OCR. Occasionally we receive cash. When this occurs, my operators draft a check to replace the cash so we can scan in the payment. I want to validate if the operators could maintain a spreadsheet and import the payment information so they do not have to key each item individually? Can they can print all checks 3 to a page at the same time? Can they export the check detail (in CSV) monthly so we can track volume? Beyond the purchase of the software, are there any additional fees? Any information you could provide me would be greatly appreciated.

If you need to print telephone check (or draft check) to collect payments, you should use ezCheckDraft software. (Note: If you need to print check to pay bills, you can use ezCheckprinting. )
