Hello,

Does ezPaycheck Payroll Software handle company matching (ie. Employee chooses to pay $25 per month towards IRA, company matches 3%. However, if 3% is greater than $25, company match is only $25 [otherwise it isn't a match])

Does it know how to calculate wage garnishments (both the % of pay if pay is over x amount, and the flat $ amount per paycheck kind)?


Does it get Montana tax table updates?



Does it handle accrual of paid time off (sick/vacation)?

Does it import timesheets from TimeClock Plus software?

Does it handle mileage reimbursements?

1. 401K deduction

ezPaycheck 2017 can withhold 401K investment from employee paychecks automatically. However, ezPaycheck does not track employer match amount right now. I will forward this request to developers and hopefully we can solve this issue in the future version.




2. Does it get Montana tax table updates?

ezPaycheck comes with the latest tax tables. If there is change in tax rate, we will release the new version. Each time you exist ezPaycheck, you can click "Check for Updates" button to check new version. We will also send newsletter to clients.




3. Does it handle accrual of paid time off (sick/vacation)?

ezPaycheck does not support this feature right now. Programmers are working on a new version which will combine both time tracking and payroll features.
