Customer asked: I want to try your ezCheckPrinting check writer. How can I print a check with my own logo? Answer from support team: Yes, you can use your own logo. You can specify the logo path from check setup screen by clicking ezCheckPrinting top menu "Settings->Check setup". I have added my logo and it looks ok on the computer however when I print the check it crops the logo (in the preset spot) way down. any ideas how I can fix this?

Did you see this issue when you print preview the check on screen or when you print check on paper? If there is no issue when you preview the check, it is printer issue. You can try other printer. If not, we need to know more details. Please send the following information directly from our customize support page. - Software name (ie: ezCheckPrinting version 6 for Windows or others) - Your computer: Windows 10, 8.1, 8, 7 or others Support page http://www.halfpricesoft.com/support.aspWe are glad to assist you. |
