Hello,

I have an couple of questions regarding the software. First, how does the enterprise system work? Can the software be installed on multiple computers with the concurrent users limited to the number of licenses or do you need to purchase a license for each computer that may use the software?

Second, in the company setup there is a box for the State ID that is used to fill in the Employer's state ID number id box 15 on the W2. We have employees that live in 4 states; how does the Employer's ID number change for each state based on the employee's address? I had an issue with this when using the 2010 version that purchased recently.

1. If you need to install ezW2 on several computer, you must purchase the multiple-user version. The multiple-user version allows several users to share the same data over network.

2. You can enter the default state ID when you enter company information. When you add W2 form, you still have the chance to enter the state ID for each line.
