Hello,
I did call and leave a message but thought I would email as well. I am
trying to retrieve some of my information from 2015-2017 for tax purposes.
Unfortunately, we had gotten a new computer and that information wasn't
included when we put the old stuff on the new computer. I was hoping there
was a way that you had it backed up and I believe I did get some
information this way before.

1. Which software are you using now? ezPaycheck, ezW2, or others?

2. If you can access your old computer, please check this default database folder
C:\Users\Public\Documents\Halfpricesoft

for example:

ezPaycheck
C:\Users\Public\Documents\Halfpricesoft\ezPayCheck

ezW2 2016
C:\Users\Public\Documents\Halfpricesoft\ezW2(2016)

3. If you backup your data to the USB, server, cloud, or other location, you can restore data also. You can find the guide from our site
