We need to use ezcheck payroll next year, so I need to buy 2019 version right? The price for one year is $99.00. Is there any extra charge?
Do I need to buy software for print w2.

ezPaycheck for 2019 will be released as soon as the IRS releases the tax tables. Usually in December. The cost is per calendar year.

Also, ezPaycheck handles W2 and W3 form filing. White paper printing is fine for recipient copies however, you will need the pre printed red ink forms for the Copy A. If you have many forms to file, we recommend ezW2 to work with ezPaycheck. It will print unlimited forms and it is SSA approved to print even copy A on plain white paper.
