We use QB payroll and print our own paychecks. QB does not let you change the order that he paychecks are printed. Will your software allow us to change the order that the paychecks are printed/

Here is the solution to print QB checks in different orders.

1. Follow step 1, 2 in the guide above to install both ezCheckPrinting and QuickBooks virtual printer DEMO version if you have not installed it.

2. Follow step 3 to print QB checks. In step 3.4 check print preview screen, just close this preview screen without printing checks on paper.


3. Then you can sort and print checks on ezCheckPrinting check list by name, check number or other fields
