using 2019. After opening the software and choosing anything from the menu, the new screen goes to the taskbar and the current screen is inactive. If you run the mouse over the startup icon it shows both but you cannot pick the screen you want and have it stay active. It defaults back to the opening screen. I reinstalled the software and it changed nothing.

Is your computer in tablet mode?
Solution: Turn off the Tablet mode and run your computer in the Desktop mode.
- Click Windows button (at the left bottom corner of your screen), type "Tablet" to view the "Tablet Mode Settings".
- Change the option of "When I sign in" to "Use desktop mode".
