I have my files backed up from 2018, but when I try to open them, it ask for a password. This is the first time I have ever had to go back and get payroll files, and I don't know the password. Can it be reset, or do you know what it could be?

The back up file of ezPaycheck payroll software is .mdb (Microsoft Accesss Database) file. This file is NOT designed to read manually. You need to read the backup data with ezPaycheck payroll software.
