We are a small accounting firm and ordered the ezW2 2020 package. We are currently doing 1099's and cannot do 1099 misc. We ordered the same package last year and we were able to do this. Did we order the wrong package this year or is there something else we needed to add on?

Dear valued customer, From the 2021 tax season, employers need to use the new Form 1099-NEC(NOT 1099-misc) to report nonemployee compensation. ezW2 2020 software has been updated to file W2, W3, 1099-NEC and 1096. (Note: ezW2 2020 does not support 1099-misc form.) ez1099 supports 1099 MISC and NEC We have added the link below to purchase forms. We sell as few as 5 or more.
