I am in need of some assistance please regarding the appropriate software that I need to purchase.

I’m going to need to purchase the downloadable version of the 1099 – NEC software for Microsoft windows (single user) which will enable me to rollover vendor data from the 2020 tax year as well as add/enter new vendor information for the 2021 tax year. After making changes and adding new vendors I will need to be able to print the 1099 NEC’s for the 2021 tax year which I already have pre-printed stock for. I will not be e-filing, all 1099 forms will be printed and mailed out to each vendor. Please be advised that there are multiple companies which I’ll be doing this for just like last year. If you need any additional details to determine what version I’ll need to purchase please let me know. Thanks for your assistance😊

Thank you for your interest in our ez1099 software! You can upload unlimited files to the IRS site for the one flat rate of the efile version. We release a new version for purchase each calendar year when the IRS updates the forms. The print and mail only version is 79.00

We have added the download, quick start guide and faq links below for you to test the software for compatibility. The efile version is not enabled for the trial and TRIAL appears on forms until the key is purchased.
