I am correcting 2020 and 2021 W2's and W3's. When I created the W3c for 2020, the amounts populated correctly, pulling the data from the W2c's for that year. However, when I created the W3c for 2021, the numbers did not pull from the 2021 W2c's. The W3c still reflects the 2020 amounts. What am I doing wrong? I did select the 2021 dropdown and the orange calculate button. I hand-entered the amounts as a workaround but I would prefer to import the data from the W2c's. Thank you in advance for your help.

1. If you need to correct W2 W3 for both 2020 and 2021, please add two accounts: one for year 2020, one for Year 2021.

2. On W3 screen, please click "Calculate W3C from W2C forms" button to re-calculate.
