EZ PAYCHECK SOFTWARE.

HOW DO YOU INPUT A FIXED AMOUNT OF PAY FOR AN EMPLOYEE ON A MONTHLY PAY BASIS SO THAT WE DON'T HAVE TO MAKE CHANGES EACH TIME?. WE WANT TO HAVE THE FLEXIBILITY OF BEING ABLE TO INPUT A MONTHLY SALARY AND THEN LEAVE IT THERE UNTIL WE DECIDE TO MAKE A CHANGE.

SAME THING WITH FEDERAL WITHHOLDING AND STATE WITHHOLDING, WHERE WE WANT TO PUT IN A SET AMOUNT TO BEGIN WITH AND LEAVE IT THERE FOR THE REST OF THE YEAR.

WE DON'T WANT THE SYSTEM TO CALCULATE THESE FIELDS, BUT WE STILL DON'T WANT TO INPUT ALL THOSE FIELDS MANUALLY EACH TIME.

ezPaycheck payroll software is very flexible.

1. You can set up this employee as a Salary employee and enter the yearly salary on employee setup.

The salary = monthly payee X 12

For example: if you pay this employee $5000 each month, you can enter "60000" there.

2. Manual tax

1) Since you pay this employee the same amount each month, you will see the same taxes. If you need to withhold extra, please follow this guide:
