Good Afternoon! Can this software be used to send eChecks? We use direct deposit for our employees & print checks for any refunds we may need to give back to our tenants but we are curious to see if there is a way we can send them an eCheck/direct deposit instead of printing checks?

1. An eCheck is an electronic payment method that enables funds to be transferred directly from the buyer's bank account to the seller's bank account. The eCheck is generated and transmitted through the buyer's and seller's financial institutions, typically through their online banking systems.

Our ezCheckPrinting software cannot support this feature. Please contact your bank for this feature.

2. Typically, eChecks take a few days to clear and settle.

If you need to process the transactions quickly, you may try our ezACH software. With ezACH software, you can create the NACHA ACH file to make ACH Payment easily.
