I am trying to print checks on some DocuGard paper. It is formatting wrong...too far right and it doesn't fill out the 8.5 inch across the check. I cannot find where to change the layout positioning of the check. See the image:

Please advise on how I can make the check print properly on the paper.

Dear valued customer,

Thank you for your email and support in our software. From the image you sent, it appears you are printing on business sized checks rather than wallet sized personal checks.

We have two kinds of check printing software: ezCheckprinting and ezCheckPersonal. ezCheckprinting prints business check, and ezCheckPersonal prints personal check.

The MICR line format for US business check is: 'CHECK #, THE ROUTING AND THE ACCOUNT NUMBER", and standard business check size is 8-1/2" X 3-1/2

The MICR line format for US personal check is: "ROUTING, ACCOUNT NUMBER AND CHECK #", and the standard personal check size is 6" X 2-3/4.

We have added an image of the personal (green) and business checks (blue) we sell so that you can take a look at the size difference.
