I'm using EzPaycheck. I entered first quarter as totals but I want to enter 2nd quarter, check by check so I can generate 2nd quarter tax forms. Both employees are household workers, so no taxes withheld, just unemployment and workers comp.
1. I can't seem to enter the correct check number. It won't let me change it to the right number.
2. The employees are salaried but sometimes the amount changes. It won't let me put in the correct amount paid.

Hi Madonna,

Thank you for contacting us. I think ezPaycheck will work for you. Here the answers to your questions:

1. You can reset the check number from check setup screen. You can access this screen by clicking the left menu "Checks" then "Check Setup". This change will apply when you add a new check. However, you cannot edit the old check.

2. Is your employee paid by hourly rate? You can modify the pay rate easily when you add a new check on the "Payroll Data Input" screen.
