I just bought your software and have installed it. I've set up everything and am trying to actually print a check, but when I hit print nothing is printed. My printer is working correctly with all my other software on my computer. I'm using a HP Envy 4500. What is going wrong?

If you still have this questions, please let us know:

1. Can you print preview checks on screen?
2. On the print preview screen, after you click the printer icon, can you see any error message if you cannot print check?
