I am unable to retrieve my W-2. W-3, or employees that I set up.

Do not worry. We are glad to assist you. I think you are using ezW2 software  now.

Did you just install the new ezW2 2014 and get this issue? If yes, please refer to this article on how to roll forward data

if you are using the same old version, you can click ezW2 top menu "Company management" then "select company" to switch the current account.
